The Green Bay Packers fan fest passed just a couple of weeks ago. As promised they unveiled their third jersey for the 2010-2011 NFL season. Dating back into the first decade of the packers existence (1920-1929), this jersey is nothing close to the green and gold that the packers currently wear. Although it is regulation that NFL teams can only wear 1 home jersey and 1 away jersey, the packers throwback jersey will only be worn for about 3 games this season and no more than 2 home games. The general color of the jersey is navy blue with an enlarged number inside the gold circle and a brown helmet. Not only do the players have a change in uniform but so do the staff who will wear the same colors as the the players when chosen to.
