OT format finally changed

The NFL owners finally decided to change rules of sudden death overtime in postseason games this past Tuesday at the annual league meeting. If the team who has the ball first scores ONLY a field goal, the opposing team will get the ball in chance of scoring a touchdown to win it or field goal to tie it and repeat process.
If BOTH teams score only a field goal, the next team to score using any method will win the game. If the team with possession of the ball first scores a touchdown, the game would be over and they would win. If the team with first possession gets picked off or fumbles and the defending team scores (NFC Wild Card GB v ARZ 2009-2010) they would lose the game. Both teams will get possession in overtime unless a touchdown is scored by the team with first possession.
